Monticello police arrested Brian O.Taylor, age 35, of Monticello, on Thursday 8/10/17. Taylor was charged with 2 counts of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, misdemeanor criminally using drug paraphernalia and the violation of unlawful possession of marihuana.
MONTICELLO, NY — A 31-year-old Liberty man was sentenced on August 4 to 17 years in prison for possession if a loaded illegal handgun and about 50 grams of heroin. The drugs and weapon were found in a search of his home during an investigation of a domestic dispute.
