At 10:05 PM Saturday 9/30/17, Monticello police responded to a 911 report of shots being fired in the area of Wood Avenue and Forestburg road in the Village of Monticello.
District Attorney Jim Farrell announced today that Rickey Bolden, 37, of Monticello, N.Y. entered a plea of guilty to Murder in the 2nd Degree in Sullivan County Court on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. Farrell said that Bolden admitted to intentionally causing the death of John Ferrari, 61, of Riverdale, N.J.
