Wayne salutes 115 years of service

HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County Commissioners last week continued their policy of recognizing the longevity of county employees. “We have unheard of longevity in county employees. It’s unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere and it’s very noticeable here,” said freshman Commissioner Joseph Adams.
