Mask-erade Halloween dance

CALLICOON, NY — The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance (DVAA) will host a Halloween dance on Saturday, October 28 from 8 p.m. to 12 midnight at the Western Super Club and Inn, 22 Upper Main St. Dress in costume, mask, or your most comfortable clothes. Admission costs $10 at the door (cash bar).

Locally shot film premieres

PARKSVILLE, NY — The new film, “Chuck—Lost Object Found,” will be featured at Movie Night at Beaverkill Studio, 36 Main St., on November 18 at 7:30 p.m. This is the premier opening of a film shot entirely on location in and around Livingston Manor.

SOUTH FALLSBURG, NY — On Friday the 13th, Sullivan County Dramatic Workshop opened its third annual Haunted Theatre event at the Rivoli—a maze of masks, costumes and creepy backdrops in the haunted house tradition, spread out across 20 rooms and three floors, each designed to provide a unique fright for the Halloween season.
